Accessibility
Our commitment to accessible design for the Ax402 marketing site, documentation, and seller dashboard.
Last updated: 29 June 2026
AxLabs GmbH (“AxLabs”) is committed to making the Ax402 marketing site, documentation, and seller dashboard accessible to people with disabilities. We want everyone who builds on x402 payments to be able to use our product information and tools effectively.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for new and substantially updated public-facing experiences. Because the product evolves quickly, some areas may not yet fully meet this target.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and labels across marketing pages and dashboard flows where feasible.
- Keyboard-navigable components for core interactions, including navigation, forms, and modal dialogs in the design system.
- Sufficient color contrast in default light and dark themes, with a user-controlled theme toggle.
- Visible focus states and skip-to-content entry points on primary layouts.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom up to 200% without loss of essential functionality on key pages.
- Accessibility considerations in component development and code review for shared UI packages.
Known limitations
Some complex dashboard views, live code samples, third-party wallet connectors, and embedded charts may present accessibility gaps. Documentation code blocks are optimized for developers and may not always include non-visual alternatives for every example. We prioritize fixes that unblock critical account, billing, and gateway configuration tasks.
Compatibility
We test with recent versions of major desktop browsers and commonly used assistive technologies such as screen readers and OS-level screen magnification. Mobile support follows responsive design patterns; wallet flows may depend on third-party apps outside our control.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier on Ax402, or need content in an alternative format, contact us at contact@axlabs.com with the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology you use if applicable. We try to respond within five business days and will work with you on a reasonable accommodation or remediation plan.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review feedback, audit high-traffic flows, and incorporate fixes into our regular release cycle. This statement will be updated as our practices mature.
